Comes with everything pictured: display box, hilt, plaque, and display case. The display case and cover show considerable wear due to age and the previous owner (no cracks). The hilt itself is in good condition--grips are a bit sticky but are not deteriorating/cracking. This is how I received the saber from the previous owner.
