Star Wars Universe Imperial Bounty Hunter MANDALORIAN Mando Cosplay Helmet Prop

  

Here is a fan made STAR WARS Bounty Hunter (Cyclops-Imperial) MANDALORIAN helmet. This helmet is full scale and can actually be worn. Helmet & Parts will either come white or grey. Visor opening has already been removed.

The rangefinder parts have been included in the kit, but not permanently attached. I'm now reinforcing the rangefinder stalk with steel wire to make it more rigid. The helmet is cast out of thick urethane resin plastic and is not cheaply constructed in any way. All helmets that I make now have fiberglass strips cast in all the high stress areas for reinforcement! Helmet trimmed (visor opening), sanded and primed. Pre-cut visor lens smoke color (black) included but not installed. Ear cap cover w/mounting screws. This will add a several extra days for completion.
