The forehead clips were removed and some slightly more accurate Nisson clips were added in their place. One of the metal earpieces came off due to brittle glue. It was readded using E6000 glue for a much stronger bond. I highly recomment using the same glue if any such other repairs are ever needed. Two issues to be aware of: The top wedge of plastic along the scalp has some gaps and is not flush with the main part of the helmet.
The plastic appears to have a slight ripple. I believe this should be able to be fixed by taking a razor blade and separating the pieces and using a hair dryer, softening the plastic and regluing flush. Haven't bothered to do this, though. / Another issue, the chin hole (on the left side as you are looking at it) has a crack from adding a hose.
This should be easily repaired by re-enforcing from inside with a bit of fiberglass matting with superglue, and it should not be noticable afterward. Again, something I never got around to fixing. Great helmet and no longer in production. Only getting rid of due to downsizing my extensive helmet collection.
