Has not been used, has been stored safely by an adult collector. NOTE: I noticed a slight rub on the chrome near the bottom of the hilt. I believe this is from sitting in the container and getting rubbed a little but with the case. Please see picture for more detail. Minor in my opinion, but wanted to be upfront so you know what you're getting.
