Rare 1999 Star Wars Episode One The Phantom Menace Commtech Reader Store Display. What you see in the photos is what you will receive. A fantastic, very rare The Phantom Menace Electronic Commtech Reader from 1999 that would make a fantastic addition to someone's collection.

These were in stores at that time to promote the new Commtech Voice Chip promo added into the figure packs. The Commtech Readers with green stickers were the versions that were refreshed with new stickers to change the way they looked for store appeal. This one has stood the test of time and is in good condition overall with various blemishes throughout.

There is a small crack in the plastic case just below the reader as shown in the photos. Once plugged in, this powers up and still appears to work! The base can be removed from the rectangle housing by 4 wing nuts. This is missing three of the four wing nuts but definitely an easy replacement.

Measurements when put together are 20" wide, 15" tall, and 12 deep.
