Additional info on this piece (from The Star Wars Collector's Archive) : These Clone Trooper Ammo Boxes were part of a giveaway by Lucasfilm to promote the upcoming Clone Wars movie and television show at San Diego Comic Con in 2008.

Each invited attendee received one of these boxes upon arriving at the party. It consists of an actual painted ammunition box with a Clone stenciled on the side, and the date of the movie release, August 15, printed in the corner. Inside is a Salacious Crumb patch similar to the markings on one of the gunships in the series. As you can tell from my feedback I not only grade accurately but also accept offers below my listing price more often than not, especially if you're purchasing multiple items.
