Jedi Master Plo Koon was a member of the Jedi High Council during the final years of the Galactic Republic. As a Kel Dor, Plo Koon had to wear goggles and a facemark to survive in oxygen-filled environments. Plo Koon had a number of strange abilities, including force lightning!

Plo Koon was known for his aggressive combat skills which allowed him to beat Grand Master Yoda. It is not electronic, just a hilt (3D-printed). The hilt comes assembled and colored. Great for display or cosplay.
